Terms of Use & Messaging Terms

These terms cover theriversidecollective.com, the member area, and the email and text alerts offered by The Riverside Collective, a DBA of Riverside Lawns LLC ("we").

Member accounts

Accounts are free and sign-in is by a one-time code emailed to you. Keep your email account secure; anyone with access to it can sign in as you. You must be 18 or older.

Text message program

By ticking the text-alert box and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from The Riverside Collective at that number (new arrivals, hunt-list matches, and offers). Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, up to about 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel; you'll get one confirmation text and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email rvrscollective@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers.

Email program

Marketing emails are sent only to addresses that opted in and confirmed. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can change topics in Preferences.

Listings and pricing

Listings describe pre-owned items to the best of our knowledge. Availability and prices can change without notice; a listing is not an offer until we confirm it with you. Any sale is governed by the terms agreed at the time of sale.

Trademarks

We are an independent dealer and are not affiliated with or authorized by any watch manufacturer. Brand and model names are used for identification only.

Liability

The site and member area are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.
