The Riverside Collective ("we", "us") is a DBA of Riverside Lawns LLC, Little Rock, Arkansas. This policy explains what we collect when you use theriversidecollective.com and the member area, and how we use it.
What we collect
What you give us: your name, email address, mobile number (optional), the brands and budget you're interested in, watches you'd like us to find, pieces you save, messages you send, and photos and details of watches you offer to sell or trade.
Automatically: the date, time and IP address of sign-ups and consent choices (kept as proof of consent), basic device and browser information, and pages you open in the member area. We don't run advertising trackers.
How we use it
To run your account and reply to you; to find watches on your hunt list; to send the alerts you asked for (new arrivals, hunt-list matches, offers, a newsletter) by email and, if you opted in, by text; to complete purchases and sales; and to keep records the law requires.
Email and text messages
Marketing email and texts are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text, or change your settings under Preferences in the member area. Transactional messages (sign-in codes, replies to your requests, purchase details) may still be sent.
Text alerts are sent up to about 4 times a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
Service providers who run our systems on our behalf: web hosting and database (Vercel, Neon), our customer-messaging platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), email delivery, and payment or shipping providers when you buy or sell. They may only use your information to provide their service to us. We never sell your personal information.
Keeping it
We keep account and consent records while your account is active and for as long as needed afterwards for legal, tax and dispute purposes. Ask us to delete your account at any time (below).
Your choices
Sign in to the member area to view and update your details and alert preferences. To delete your account or get a copy of your data, email us from the address on the account.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
